All the wood on the pitching mound is sprayed down with Thompson’s water sealer. The carpet is indoor/outdoor rated. And all the screws and glue are exterior grade. These mounds are weather resistant, but nothing is truly weather proof.The youth mound consists of three hinged sections that are 30.5″x29″. They are well built and very sturdy. They are easy to fold up and roll around and are covered in a high-quality outdoor carpet that is tucked under the edge of each section to avoid frayed edges.

This mound measures 29×30.5×14 when folded, and 88×30.5×6 when laid flat. It only weighs 72 pounds!
