RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

  1. Information products (eBooks, online instruction, online courses, etc.) may not be returned unless otherwise noted on product page.
  2. Physical products (apparel, training equipment, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are in the original packaging and in new condition.
  3. Shipping charges will not be returned.
  4. Returned products must be in their original carton or container unless allowances are provided in advance by YouGoProBaseball.
  5. Returned products with damage of any type or showing any signs of usage will not be accepted.
  6. Orders over $100 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product has been used.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Information products (eBooks, online instruction, online courses, etc.) are not eligible for exchanges unless otherwise noted on product page.
  2. Physical products (apparel, training equipment, etc.) may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date if they are in the original packaging and in new condition.
  3. Shipping charges will not be refunded on exchanges and customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges on the products that are being exchanged.

All returns will be processed after the product has been received and inspected in our warehouse. Once UGoProBaseball has approved the return for a refund, only the cost of the item(s) minus the original cost of shipping and minus the restocking fee if applicable will be refunded.
