J-Bands™ Elite are our first ever multi-colored J-Bands™. J-Bands™ are an integral part of our Arm Care and Conditioning Program which is an essential workout for any athlete whose goal is to have a long and healthy career.
Colors are for personal preference or to match team colors. Colors do not represent different tensions or strengths. J-Bands™ Jr. are meant for ages 12 and younger. J-Bands™ and J-Bands™ ELITE are meant for ages 13 and older.
J-Bands™ ELITE are the same tension as the J-Bands™. The J-Bands™ ELITE come in two-tone color combinations and have a slightly nicer wrist-cuff than the J-Bands™. Both the J-Bands™ and the J-Bands™ ELITE are meant for ages 13 and older.
J-Bands are an integral part of our Arm Care Program and a prerequisite to our Throwing Program. The eleven-step J-Band exercise routine is designed to balance, strengthen & condition the rotator cuff & surrounding muscle groups. The J-Band exercise routine is crucial for injury prevention, endurance, recovery period and increased velocity. It is an essential workout for any player whose goal is to have a long and healthy career.
The J-Bands allows you to perform 11 basic exercises to strengthen and protect the rotator cuff muscle group.
